We often hear the saying that the only thing constant is change. Who would want to be stagnant or just be the same way?
In this life, we must embrace personal development to ensure that we are growing in various aspects of our lives.

To get started you must decide/prepare the following:
- Choose your journal- you can opt for a traditional notebook or a digital one. There are free apps out there to try.
- Designate a place and time to do journaling.
- Be open and honest in your entries. Do not be ashamed of things you feel. Instead, pour your emotions with honesty.
